INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (summary)

• You are an independent 1099 contractor, not an employee. You control your own hours, methods, and territory.
• Pay: $10 per pizza shop that becomes an active DoughPass partner through you, and $40 per qualifying customer list (250+ contacts with name, phone, and email) that we accept.
• Pay is provisional until verified, and is sent by ACH on a biweekly schedule. You are responsible for your own taxes; we issue a Form 1099 if you earn $600+ in a year.
• You will only collect customer data with the shop owner's clear permission, and only the DoughPass invite is sent to those contacts.
• No guarantee of income. Either party may end this arrangement at any time. Falsified visits, signups, or data may result in removal and forfeiture of unpaid amounts.
